“As a long time pool owner, I wish I had known about this store sooner! Marina and her staff take the time to listen to each customer and are very knowledgeable and helpful. Greg is a great pool service tech! He’s pleasant, professional, and thorough, but ready to patiently answer each question without being condescending. They all seem to take customer service very seriously which is a welcome change from other pool supply stores and service companies I have dealt with over the years. Also, I recently bought a new backwash hose from them and it is far superior to the ones I have purchased at the other local pool supply store which rip and need to be replaced every season. I will never go to that other store again now that I have found Kenwood.”
